Duglass tempered glass is a product that is safe while offering a high mechanical resistance and a high resistance to thermal tensions. Duglass tempered glass is obtained by subjecting the glass to a controlled thermal treatment which consists of heating the glass till it reaches a temperature close to its softening point and then cooled very quickly with forced draughts of air on its surface. Due to this thermal process the glass obtains the surface tension necessary to strengthen its mechanical characteristics. Duglass tempered glass is safe because in case of breakage, it will shatter into small fragments with a minimum cutting capacity which is why it is recommendable in applications where there is a risk of breakage (automotive, sports, furniture, shower screens, etc.)
Duglass vetro temprato è un prodotto di sicurezza che fornisce elevata resistenza meccanica e di resistenza alle sollecitazioni termiche. Rinvenimento Duglass viene ottenuto sottoponendo il vetro ad un trattamento termico controllato che comprende il riscaldamento del vetro ad una temperatura prossima alla temperatura di rammollimento, poi improvvisamente raffreddato incidendo aria sulla sua superficie. Attraverso questo processo si ottiene calore contribuire alla tensione superficiale di vetro per potenziare le proprietà meccaniche. Per il vetro temperato, il rischio di eventuali rotture spontanee causate da inclusioni di solfuro di nichel non sono coperti da Ariño Duglass.
Gehärtetem Glas Duglass ist ein Sicherheitsprodukt, das hohe mechanische Festigkeit und hohe Beständigkeit gegen thermische Belastung bietet. Duglass Tempern durch Unterziehen des Glases einer kontrollierten Wärmebehandlung, Erwärmen des Glases auf eine Temperatur nahe dem Erweichungspunkt umfasst erhalten wird, dann plötzlich von beaufschlagenden Luft auf seiner Oberfläche abgekühlt. Durch diesen Prozess wird Wärme erreicht tragen zur Glasoberfläche Spannung benötigt, um seine mechanischen Eigenschaften zu verstärken. Für gehärtetem Glas, sind das Risiko Spontanbruch durch Nickel-Sulfid-Einschlüsse nicht Ariño Duglass abgedeckt.
